Gulf Craft unveiled plans for a Majesty 160, the yard’s second-largest build after the Majesty 175, at the Monaco Yacht Show.
“The Majesty 160 is an evolution of our Majesty 155 and follows the new design precedent of our Majesty lineup, which was introduced earlier this year with the Majesty 111 at Dubai International Boat Show,” Gulf Craft Chairman Mohammed Hussein Al Shaali stated in a press release.
The Majesty 160 is intended for American and European buyers. Design is by Cristiano Gatto in Italy, with naval architecture by Van Oossanen in the Netherlands. Gross tonnage is expected to stay under 500.
Gulf Craft says the Majesty 160’s most notable space is the full-beam master stateroom, forward on the main deck with a private lounge and retractable balcony.
Overall, there are seven staterooms aboard for as many as 12 guests. Quarters are also on board for nine crew.
Additional guest features include an infinity pool on the sundeck, a beach club at water level that can be used as a lounge, bar or gym, and a swim platform with fold-down balconies on both sides.
Let’s talk power: The Majesty 160 will be built with twin 2,000-horsepower MTU 16V 2000 M87s. Gulf Craft is projecting a top speed of 19.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with a range of 4,300 nautical miles at 10.8 knots.
