Burger Boat Company in Wisconsin says it has installed the superstructure on Hull No. 1 of the Burger 180 Motor Yacht.
Hulls No. 1 and 2 are currently under construction at the yard. The first hull has an owner waiting for delivery, and the second hull is for sale.
Both yachts are handicapped-accessible with an elevator that accesses each of the four decks. Additional features include a full-beam owners’ stateroom forward on the main deck with a private office; guest staterooms belowdecks that convert from individual to family spaces; outdoor dining on the bridge deck aft; and guest seating forward of the pilothouse.
On Hull No. 1, the sundeck will have a bar, fitness equipment and a pool that’s big enough for 12 people. The pool can be partitioned to become part pool, part hot tub.
Quarters are also on board for 13 crew.
The tender bay can accommodate a 37-footer, eliminating the need for towing.
Performance expectations: Burger says the twin Caterpillar 3512C Tier II engines should provide a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
