Hull No. 1 of the Wider 150 has earned the RINA Platinum Green Plus Award.
Prince Albert II of Monaco and RINA’s CEO, Ugo Salerno, bestowed the RINA Platinum Green Plus Award during the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show.
The RINA Platinum Green Plus Award is presented each year to a yacht 131 feet length overall or longer that best exemplifies “green” credentials, including everything from fuel consumption to overall environmental impact during construction.
The Wider 150 also has earned prizes for best yacht in her class at the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show, World Superyacht Awards and World Yachts Trophies.
Perfect score: The 150 received RINA’s highest possible rating, 100/100, for low levels of noise and vibration. It’s the first time the score has ever been awarded, according to Wider Yachts.
