We first told you about the Ocea Nemo 44 “sport-utility yacht” project in November. Now, MC Yacht & Co. International has released additional renderings from designer Fulvio De Simoni.

We’re told that technical drawings are nearly completed, and that the yacht will have a full-beam garage that can stow a tender up to 26 feet LOA in addition to a 16-foot crew tender, a runabout for water sports, multiple personal watercraft and other toys.

Space is also being reserved between the main and upper decks to carry a center console, day cruising tender or personal submarine.

Another cool feature: The Ocea Nemo 44 can be ordered with a 215-square-foot freshwater swimming pool.
