Grand Banks Aleutian 59 RP
Owners of yachts built by Grand Banks are known for doing serious worldwide exploration, and a 59 Grand Banks Aleutian now on the brokerage market in Thailand offers the chance to cruise Southeast Asia before heading back home to the United States.
The raised pilothouse model was built in 2007 with quite a few options and accessories, as well as owner customizations that removed the lower helm and replaced it with a family dining space.
“This is a spacious and sensible layout that is perfectly suited to extended cruising in the tropics,” says Northrop and Johnson broker Bert van Muylwijk, who has listed the boat at an asking price of $1,325,000.
Other noteworthy options include a stern platform for easy tender use, and a full hardtop on the teak flybridge.
Power plants: two 853-bhp Caterpillar C15 diesels.
Interior décor style: contemporary.
