We’re just as puzzled as the authorities in Glenwood Landing, New York, where a car — but no boat — was found partially submerged near a launch ramp on the North Shore of Long Island.

CBS News in New York nabbed this photograph with its news chopper. The pilot, despite a broad view on a bright day, did not notice a boat anywhere nearby.
