From June 17-22, Boston will host the largest number of tall ships to converge in one North American port in nearly two decades.
The Rendez-Vous Tall Ships Regatta Trans-Atlantic Race will include 50 tall ships and vessels from more than a dozen countries. The fleet will cruise into Boston—the regatta’s only scheduled stop at a U.S. port—during the Parade of Sail.
Many of the ships will tie up at marinas throughout the city so the public can step aboard for tours.

Sail Boston is organizing the event in addition to concurrent activities that will be free for the public. Expect a program of sailing exhibitions, educational workshops and chances to meet the tall ship crewmembers at a parade and barbecue.
