The Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo says two hulls of its 62Steel are already sold, with three in the construction phase. The first hull is on schedule to debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
With a length overall of 202 feet and a beam just shy of 40 feet, the Sanlorenzo 62Steel has five decks.
The “owner’s apartment” spans nearly 700 square feet, including indoor and outdoor space. It’s among the staterooms that can house 12 guests total, in addition to quarters for 14 crew.
On the main deck, the formal dining room seats 16 people, and aft is a swimming pool. At the stern is a beach club with a bar, a fitness area, a hammam, and folding terraces to port and starboard, allowing for swimming, diving and sunbathing.
Power is from a pair of Caterpillar 3512C engines.
When will the next hulls of the Sanlorenzo 62Steel be ready? They’re expected in April 2021 and sometime in 2022.
