The Italian yacht builder Rossinavi is collaborating with Camper & Nicholsons to create, market and distribute a line of 138- to 226-foot concept yachts dubbed Infinity.
The Infinity concept has Rossinavi’s sporty lines with a fast displacement hull and a draft between 7 and 8 feet. A design signature is the wide outdoor areas on the upper deck. Exteriors and interiors (which can be customized) are by Italian architect Fulvio De Simoni.
“This design stage will include four boats: four different experiences out in the sea,” De Simoni stated in a press release.
Top speeds are projected at more than 20 knots, with lower-speed fuel consumption on par with what displacement hulls achieve. The owner’s stateroom will be on the upper deck.
Camper & Nicholsons will market and exclusively distribute Infinity yachts in the Americas and Asia.
“This collaboration further expands Camper & Nicholsons’ focus on our new build division,” Paolo Casani, CEO of the company, stated in the press release.
How long has Rossinavi been building boats? Since 1980, when the Rossi Brothers started with fishing boat hulls. The Rossinavi brand was founded in 2007 and has since launched yachts from 130 to 230 feet length overall.
