Ferretti Yachts is planning the debut of a 920 model this fall. It’s the second new-model announcement from the Italian builder this year, following the Ferretti Yachts 780.
The Ferretti Yachts 920 is a flybridge design with a new hull that has increased bow height, adding to the exterior aesthetic of an imposing presence on the water and allowing space for a wide-body master suite in the interior. Forward on the bow is what Ferretti calls the largest-ever guest space it has designed into a hull this size, with a sun pad, a dinette, sofas and coffee tables.
Inside, to complement the main-deck master, owners can choose one of two belowdecks layouts: three ensuite guest staterooms including a full-beam VIP, or four guest staterooms.
Engine options: Twin 1,948 mhp MTU 12V 2000 M96Ls are standard for a 23-knot cruise and a 26.5-knot top hop, according to the builder. Options include twin 2,217 mhp MTU 16V 2000 M86s (24-knot cruise and 28-knot top end) and twin 2,435 mhp MTU 16V 2000 M96s (26-knot cruise and 30-knot top speed).
