Pearl Yachts celebrates its 20th anniversary with the debut of its new flagship, the Pearl 95. Like the Pearl 80, which debuted at FLIBS last year, this 95-foot-9-inch vessel’s exterior is designed by Bill Dixon and her interior is from Kelly Hoppen. Dixon has created a sleek and sporty profile for the 95, and Hoppen’s warm-tone interiors have gained positive feedback from past owners.
Past and present Pearl owners also inspired the builder to put the 95’s full-beam owner’s stateroom forward on the main deck. Her salon includes an L-shaped settee and a dining table for eight, but its most engaging feature would probably be its sole-to-ceiling glass doors on three sides, which connect the space to the outdoors. Her galley, which is forward and to port, has side-deck access for easy crew service.
The 95’s cockpit offers alfresco dining at a C-shaped settee with table, whereas her hydraulic swim platform aft may be the best spot to catch some rays. Fold-down platforms to port and starboard increase the deck space, so guests have even more ability to interact with the water, and the tender and Jet Ski garage opens upward, creating a beach club with a bar.
Speaking of bars, the flybridge’s includes a sink, grill, refrigerator and ice maker, providing easy access to a sunset snack and cocktail. Guests can enjoy those refreshments on the U-shaped settee or the settee with a chaise-style ounge that’s opposite, both of which have tables. There’s a sun pad and Jacuzzi tub aft as well. Finally, the 95’s flybridge includes an exterior helm station, and captains can simply step forward into the pilothouse from there. The yacht’s foredeck has a lounge with U-shaped settee and sun pads that can be shaded by a Bimini top.
Belowdecks, the Pearl 95 can be set up with three or four staterooms, with guest accommodations for 8 or 10. Her standard layout is two guest staterooms with double berths and two with twins, all en suite, but owners can opt for a full-beam stateroom with walk-in closest instead of those two doubles. Forward, two crew cabins and a captain’s cabin accommodate five.
Be sure to catch the Pearl 95 September 11-16 at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
