Tom George Yacht Group has this 52-foot Carver Command Bridge for sale, asking $1.2 million.
She is powered by twin 600 hp Cummins QSC8.3 diesels, which reportedly push her to a top hop of 30 knots, and she cruises at 27 knots.
The C52’s engine room is accessed via hatch in the cockpit, as can her crew quarters. Additionally, the cockpit has a settee to port with table plus a seat to starboard, between which is a transom door leading to the swim platform.
There’s stowage here too, from under the starboard side steps to under both the settee and seat. The cockpit’s glass doors lead into the yacht’s salon, any guests relaxing on the opposing white sofas can watch what’s on the raised 40-inch TV set aft and opposite the portside galley. That galley has a stainless-steel sink, a refrigerator, a two-burner Ceran cooktop and a microwave oven.
For a view from on high, head to the yacht’s flybridge. It has a hardtop, plus a plexiglass enclosure in to optimize the air conditioning up here. The C52’s helm station forward and to starboard is equipped with a Garmin electronics suite, as well as Cummins joystick control. To port of the helm is a chaise-style lounge where guests can keep the helmsman company, abaft of which is a station with grill and sink that’s closeable with a fiberglass top. A U-shaped settee with teak table is abaft that station and converts into a sun pad. Blast your cruising soundtrack here with the flybridge’s Fusion Stereo system, a feature that is also present on the yacht’s foredeck, in the VIP stateroom and in the master.
Belowdecks, the C52 accommodates 6 guests in 3 staterooms. Her master stateroom is full-beam and amidships, with a queen-sized berth that has a pillow-top mattress. Owners can also enjoy some peace and quiet, perhaps curled up with a book, at the settee to port. The master has an en suite head while the second guest head is shared by a twin guest stateroom to starboard and the forepeak VIP. All guest staterooms have a hanging locker, and the VIP and master have additional drawer stowage as well. The yacht accommodates 1 crew member in 1 cabin with a head and small galley, but Tom George says that the cabin can also be a fourth guest stateroom.
The yacht can be seen in Clearwater, Florida.
