Vicem Vulcan 35 M
Vicem Yachts has launched its first Vulcan 35 M, a 118-foot trideck christened Julem I. She was built of composite material at the Turkish builder’s facility in Antalya, bridging the gap between Vicem’s Vulcan 32 M and 46 M models.
The Vulcan 35 M is a Frank Mulder design that can accommodate as many as 12 guests in five staterooms (a six-cabin layout is optional). Art-Line Interiors, which handled interior design, aimed to give the living spaces the feeling of being aboard a larger yacht. Julem I has a master suite as well as two full-beam VIP staterooms in addition to two more guest cabins. The décor is contemporary with olive ash woodwork.
Performance-wise, the Vulcan 35 M has a top speed of 20 knots and a range of 1,600 nm at 12 knots. She’s driven by a pair of 2,400-bhp MTU 16V2000 M93s.
Amenities include a drop-down stern teak beach, a six-person hot tub and an awning system on the sundeck to keep guests comfortably in the shade when desired.
