IYC has been appointed central agent for the sale of the 270-foot Lürssen Valerie, with an asking price of about $189.9 million. It’s reportedly the first time this yacht has ever been on the brokerage market.
Launched from the German shipyard in 2011, Valerie has exterior design by Espen Øeino and interiors from Reymond Langton Design. She accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms, with an additional guest-quality staff cabin on the upper deck.
An elevator services all decks, and there’s a helideck along with a nearly 20-foot-long pool and hot tub. A spa, beauty salon and gymnasium are also on board.
With twin MTU 16V 4000 engines, Valerie has a reported cruising speed of 12.5 knots, and a maximum speed of 17 knots. IYC lists her range at 6,000 nautical miles.
Included in the deal: The asking price includes an on-order 33-foot Xtender and 33-foot Pascoe limousine tender, both of which will be model year 2019.
