Mangusta has launched the 12th hull in its Mangusta 165 series. The mega-yacht is the third Evolution build, with a top speed of more than 35 knots thanks to quadruple 2,600 hp MTU 16V2000 M94 engines paired to four Rolls-Royce/Kamewa waterjets.
Four Seakeeper stabilizers are also on board, to aid with stability at anchor, and Mangusta says the owner can choose to cruise at 8 to 10 knots comfortably to reduce fuel consumption.
The owner helped to design the color scheme of the hull and superstructure, which are black with red details (just like the yacht’s nameplate).
