Hatteras Yachts, which builds sportfishing and motoryachts from 45 to 105 feet length overall, has formed a strategic partnership with Wheels Up, a membership-based private aviation company.
“Hatteras Yachts customers are active in both business and leisure activities that require frequent travel, and we know Wheels Up can provide them with an aviation solution that delivers the same level of privacy, safety and security as their Hatteras,” Hatteras Yachts President and CEO Kelly Grindle stated in a press release.
Wheels Up charges an initiation fee and annual dues starting in the second year of membership. Members have access to a fleet of King Air 350i and Citation Excel/XLS aircraft.
As part of the partnership, Wheels Up members were offered limited-time incentives on some Hatteras models during the Miami Yacht Show on Collins Avenue.
