151-foot Delta motoryacht D’Natalin
International Yacht Collection sales brokers Frank Grzeszczak and Frank Grzeszczak, Jr. have just announced a $600,000 price drop on the 151-foot Delta D’Natalin.
The asking price going into this week’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is now $8.9 million, with Merle Wood & Associates acting as the joint central agent.
The price reduction comes as the megayacht market is said to be improving. IYC is reporting upticks in both its sales and charter divisions.
“Finally sellers’ asking prices are getting closer to buyers’ bidding prices, and yachts are selling,” IYC sales broker Mark Elliott stated in a press release. “The reliability of the stock market also means buyers are getting more comfortable spending on higher priced luxury goods.”
D’Natalin is a 1996 build that was most recently refit in 2003. She accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms with additional cabins for as many as 10 crew. She has a pair of Caterpillar 3508-TA engines that provide a cruising speed of 13 knots and a maximum speed of 14 knots. Other features include an oversized swim platform, a main-deck master stateroom, three additional king-bed guest staterooms and a six-person hot tub on the sundeck.
