Every new delivery from Oyster Yachts will now come with a two-year membership entitlement to Oyster Elite, a travelers’ health program created in partnership with MedAire. It allows yacht owners to access 24/7 medical and travel-safety help from anywhere in the world.
“As part of our commitment we have also negotiated special membership rates for all yachts delivered prior to January 2014,” Oyster Group CEO David Tydeman stated in a press release. “We will be contacting owners in the coming months with regards to how to take up this subsidy offer.”
The MedAire subscriptions also include access to a global network of credentialed physicians, hospitals, clinics and dentists. Oyster owners can purchase onboard medical kits at preferred rates as well.
