This new-construction Florida marina can accommodate yachts up to 180 feet length overall. It also offers dry storage for boats as big as 55 feet length overall and has a 3-acre basin that can hold as many as 32 yachts. The facility is designed to withstand 175-mph winds.

Commercial space on-site is available for lease to companies offering marine services. Also on the property are a 150-ton Travelift for boats up to 120 feet long, a fuel dock with a high-speed pump, crew amenities including a fitness center and lounge, and 24-hour video surveillance in addition to security guards and gates.

“We are thrilled to welcome boaters and crews to our Fort Lauderdale Marina and offer expanded dry storage that is able to house and protect the largest vessels in South Florida,” Austin Schell, CEO of Port 32 Marinas, stated in a press release.

What is Port 32 Marinas? Based in Charleston, South Carolina, the company owns marinas in Florida—Jacksonville, Palm Beach Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, Lighthouse Point, Tierra Verde, Tampa, Naples, Cape Coral and Marco Island—and is seeking to expand along the Atlantic Coast and Gulf of Mexico.
