Sabre Yachts received the hull mold for its Sabre 45 Express Yacht in August. Construction on Hull No. 1 has begun, with the model expected to debut in 2017.
The Sabre 45 will be in the middle of the builder’s line of express motoryachts, which ranges from 38 to 54 feet length overall. The 45 will have two staterooms, two heads and what Sabre calls a “utility space” between the engine room and guest stateroom, where owners can install a gyrostabilizer, washer/dryer, freezers, wine chillers or just about anything else of their choice.
Standard propulsion is expected to be a pair of Volvo Penta 435 hp, IPS600 engines.
