My Kimberly, a 2007 Outer Reef 800 MY, is a bluewater cruising yacht that accommodates six guests, plus four crew. Designed for long-range voyages, My Kimberly is on the market for $2.1 million.
Windows surrounded My Kimberly‘s salon, allowing natural light to fill the room. The salon is open to the forward galley, separated by a breakfast bar with three bar stools. The woodwork brings out a calming, cozy feeling. Guests can relax on the portside sofa and two starboard side chairs while catching a game on the new TV located in the entertainment cabinet to starboard.
The first thing you see in My Kimberly’s galley is the full-sized, Jenn-air double-door refrigerator with freezer drawer for stowing cold goods. Spacious countertops and a stainless-steel sink provide room for food prep. A Miele dishwasher and KitchenAid trash compactor make for easy clean up. The galley amenities include:
- GE Profile ceramic cooktop
- GE Profile convection oven
- GE Profile convection microwave
- InstaHot water
- Quartz counters
- Sub-Zero dual-zone wine refrigerator
- U-Line refrigerator

Forward of the galley, separated by the bulkhead and door, is My Kimberly’s pilothouse. Two Stidd helm seats are positioned within an easy reach of all controls. Doors to port and starboard lead to the side decks, a staircase leads directly to the flybridge and another staircase leads to the portside staterooms. Abaft the helm is a C-shaped dinette, which could be a great spot for joining the captain for meals while taking in the view. My Kimberly has the following electronics and navigation tech.

My Kimberly’s aft deck has a teak table that comfortably sits six-plus guests on a bench-style settee and four chairs. The aft deck has a teak sole and is shaded by the flybridge, but guests can lay out on the swim platform, or head up to a lounge chair on the flybridge to improve their tan. The flybridge is partially covered by a hardtop, giving guests the option of sun or shade. Throw some burgers on the grill while relaxing on either the portside or starboard side L-shaped settees with table, or step back to the teak flybridge aft deck and relax in the sun on a couple of loungers or chairs. Unload the tender, a new 2022 Novurania 400DL with Yamaha F50, with the 2,200-pound-capacity davit and head out on a private beach excursion.
After a long day on the water, relax in one of three staterooms. The master stateroom is a full-beam affair with a walk-around centerline berth and en suite head. The semi-gloss cherry bulkheads, cabinetry and carpeted sole make for an at-sea oasis. Owners have plenty of stowage space with a walk-in closet, a bedside table and room under the berth. The forepeak VIP is accessible from the pilothouse stairway. There is a queen-size berth, en suite head and plenty of stowage in two hanging lockers and drawers. The guest stateroom has two twin-sized berths and is located to port and forward the master stateroom. Crew quarters for four are located aft through a watertight door at the transom. Owner-operators could use these extra quarters for teenagers seeking privacy or just use it as extra stowage space. The crew quarters have a galley, a full head, a dinette and a refrigerator and freezer.
Outer Reef Yachts stated that, “My Kimberly is a proven bluewater vessel that was built for comfort and long-range cruising. Cruise speeds in the upper teens make running from weather easy and hull-down operation increases efficiency for great range. Spacious living areas that encompass clever interior design allows access to the master stateroom from the salon staircase or through a door from the master walk-in closet to the forward guest stateroom hallway. All three staterooms have ensuite heads, A/V systems, and plenty of storage and hanging space. The crew quarters are quite large and can sleep four”.
