The team at Hargrave Custom Yachts says the owner of the Marquis 65 Sylvia has priced the yacht to sell quickly at $1,095,000.
It’s a well-maintained three-stateroom, three-head yacht, according to Hargrave’s team, with about 1,200 hours showing on the twin MTU 10V 2000 engines.

The list of recent work to update this 2006 build is long. It includes a new Yacht Controller; a detailed and painted engine room; a newer flybridge enclosure (to keep the air conditioning in); new batteries, seacocks, cutlass bearings and zincs; two new air-conditioning chillers; new wood sole and curtains in the salon; a new full-size refrigerator in the galley; a new washer and dryer; new Permateek soles on deck; and new upholstery inside and out. Sylvia also was buffed and waxed this past December.

Performance-wise, Hargrave’s team says Sylvia has a cruise speed of 25 knots with a top hop of 31 knots. Also notable is that this yacht has dual 12 kW Kohler generators.
The owner is willing to consider smaller boats as part of a trade.
Where is Sylvia available for tours? The yacht is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
