When Horizon introduced its PC65, it was building on the success of its smaller sister model, the PC60, delivering more fuel capacity and more power to satisfy their customers’ bluewater cruising needs. Cellfish is a 2019 Horizon PC65 currently listed with the builder for $3.895 million.

Cellfish is a skylounge version of the PC65 with a fully enclosed flybridge. The PC65s hull was designed by Angelo Lavranos and Horizon’s in-house team, inheriting the stability, safety, and comfort that characterizes the PC series.

“This meticulously maintained Horizon PC65 is one of the most unique builds that Horizon Power Catamarans has ever produced,” says Horizon Power Catamaran.

Recent updates onboard Cellfish include having a new air conditioning system installed, having the teak sanded and treated and new paint in the engine room.

The main-deck interior is largely dedicated to the salon and galley. An L-shaped sofa can fit six to starboard and a three-stool bar to port shares counterspace with the port side galley. The galley is equipped with a number of meal-prep appliances, including:

  • Electrolux four-burner cooktop
  • GE microwave/convection oven
  • Miele dishwasher
  • Refrigerator with freezer

The PC65s four stateroom layout can sleep up to eight people. The on-deck master, which sits forward of the salon, has a king berth, a flat-screen TV, an en suite head and plenty of natural light via the raked windows overhead.

The flybridge has two sections, the open-air after section which is set up for tender stowage, and the enclosed skylounge forward. Stepping into the skylounge feels like walking into a second salon. A bar and day head are immediately to port with a lounge pad forward. The helm station sits on the centerline and an L-shaped settee is to starboard.

On the main-deck aft, guests can enjoy alfresco dining at the fixed high-gloss wood table and loose chairs. The transom bench seat is offset for a separate lounge area. The cockpit is shaded by the flybridge overhand above.

Twin 1,000 hp Caterpillar C12-9 diesels give the 65-foot powercat a 25-knot top hop and a 22-knot fast cruise speed. It’s worth noting the engines were serviced in October 2024.
