Boatox is a 2000 Hatteras 70, tournament-ready sport-fisherman with yacht-level accommodations. Twin 1,800 hp MTU diesels will push the 70 to a reported top speed of 34 knots with a range of around 400 nautical miles. Boatox accommodates eight guests in four staterooms and is asking $599,000.

Boatox’s business end, the cockpit, is equipped with a stowage and tackle center, two drop-in fish boxes, built-in fish box, outriggers and Eskimo ice machine. Once the “big one” is hooked up, strap into the fighting chair and get to work. The captain can spin on the fish with a clear view from the flybridge’s aft deck helm station. Friends can watch the action from an aft-facing cushioned bench-style settee. A walk-through transom door helps bring the catch aboard. The cockpit’s freshwater washdown helps with cleanup.
