Denison Yachting says the owner of this 120-foot Northcoast has dropped the asking price by $500,000. The new asking price for the yacht is $5,995,000.
The yacht is a 2000 build that had what Denison says was an extensive refit in 2021-22, with investments of nearly $2 million over the course of 12 months.
Currently, the yacht is lying in Fort Lauderdale.
Custom features and design include mahogany and chestnut-ash interior woodwork, a country kitchen-style galley and a four-stateroom layout with a 25-foot beam for more interior space than yachts of similar length overall.
“She is a rare and exciting opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind Pacific Northwest, high-quality 120-foot motoryacht with timeless styling,” the brokerage house says.
What kinds of electronics does this yacht have at the helm? Denison says there are “updated Garmin electronics.”
