Broker Alex G. Clarke at Denison Yachting says the owner of the 145-foot Benetti Alegria has dropped his asking price by $1 million. The yacht is now listed at $13,750,000.
Alegria is a 2010 build that’s located at Florida’s Rybovich Shipyard, in the Free Trade Zone. She accommodates 10 to 12 guests in five staterooms, including a split-level master. There are seven heads on board, with heated soles.
Her twin 1,300-horsepower Caterpillar C32-508B engines are showing 5,800 hours, according to Clarke, who adds that both the mains and the generators have been serviced. Cruising speed is listed as 12 knots with a top-end speed of 15 knots.
Key features include Naiad at-anchor stabilizers, a tender garage with a fueling station, and a commercial-grade galley.
Upper deck dining: Panoramic windows frame the upper deck, where there’s dining for as many as 10 guests.
