Brokers Michael Mahan and Mark Osterhaven at Worth Avenue Yachts say the owner of the 114-foot Newcastle Madcap has dropped the yacht’s asking price.
The 2010 build is now available for $7.5 million, down $450,000 from the previously advertised price.
Madcap is a custom trideck that accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. The interior is by Hodgdon Yachts, inside a package of 299 gross tons. Features include a pneumatic elevator that access three decks.

What are Madcap‘s engine hours? Less than 1,200, according to Worth Avenue Yachts. The power plants are twin 2,000 hp MTU M93 12V 2000 diesels.
