Bradford Marine in Fort Lauderdale has just announced a $120,000 price reduction on the 84-foot Cheoy Lee Liwan. The new asking price is $2,575,000.

Liwan is a one-owner yacht showing 850 hours on her twin 1,550 hp Caterpillar C-30 engines. Cruising speed is reportedly 22 knots with a top end of 26 knots.

Broker Chris Saumsiegle says Liwan has been updated and maintained, and “will survey very well.” She accommodates as many as nine overnight guests in four staterooms, with quarters for two crew. Her guest areas are customized with mahogany woodwork.
