Northrop and Johnson has announced a $1 million price drop on the 213-foot Codecasa Double Down.
The asking price is now $44,550,000.
Double Down is a 2010 build that can accommodate as many as 20 guests in nine staterooms. She was most recently refitted in 2016, when she received new exterior paint.
Features include an upper-deck dining area with bifold sliding doors that create 270-degree views. A glass elevator accesses all interior decks, and a cinema that seats 14 can convert to a massage spa. Extended Platinum Plus warranties are good through 2020 on the main Caterpillar engines, which are showing 3,000 hours, as well as on the generators.
Known on the charter market: Double Down completed five weeks of charter during summer 2016.
